Answer 1 :
Call the United Way number in your area and ask them to give you the names and numbers of rehabs in your area.
Answer 2 :
try your local NA or AA. They usually can offer advice on area rehabs. try: http://www.choosehelp.com/texas Texas Helplines Free help and advice for citizens of Texas Texas Department of State Health Services Substance Abuse Services Helpline: 877-966-3784 http://www.drugrehabtexas.org/ http://www.texas-drug-rehabs.com/ some advice...If he is not willing to go and its not his idea, you are wasting your time. Rehab and recovery ONLY works when the abuser is ready to admit they have a problem. Not when mom and dad demand they go, or the wife demands he goes etc. The first step is admiting you have a problem and that your life has become unmanageable. Until a person can say that, on there own, they are not ready to give up and have not hit their personal bottom. In the meantime you and those close to him need to got to Al Anon and get help for yourselves and learn how to deal with him. Revocery is also a family process. You can start yours independent of him starting his. You will learn how not to enable him and how to offer help without enabling him. I wish you luck. Addiction can be devastating, but their is help out there for those who WANT it. And remember, alcohol IS a drug. If he gets sober, he stays away from drug and alcohol.
Answer 3 :
La Hacienda is the best. It's the one Dr. Phil recommends.

MHMR (Mental Health Mental Retardation) a state agency would be a good resource to ask this question. Just type mhmr texas into google. There you will find a list of offices state wide. Good luck.
